I am a Clinical Psychologist, member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.

I believe that feeling comfortable with your psychologist is an essential component of therapy. I prioritise collaboration, warmth, and a non-judgemental approach to ensure my clients feel respected, heard and understood.

I am experienced in working with adult clients with a range of complex presentations, and might be a good fit for you if you are interested in delving deeper and doing the work on a medium to longer term basis. I work holistically with my clients and incorporate a trauma-informed and inclusive lense to my practice, and my therapeutic approach draws upon evidence-based modalities including Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, EMDR and self-compassion. I enjoy working to empower my clients to live fulfilling and meaningful lives in line with their values.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy travelling, yoga and learning new skills in pottery class.

Hi there, I’m Liv.
